Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

If approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can fix it.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
To get a different item, return your original order and place a new one once your return is approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
